In A Good Way Episode 11 Video Preview, Magazine Covers and Lego Lee’s 28th Birthday Party

There wasn’t a video preview at the end of ep 11 with this preview released on Saturday. So this means that we are most likely going to only be getting one preview this week instead of the usual two which is a bummer but you have to be happy with what you get. I am definitely happy for every little bit of In A Good Way that I get. IAGW has become my weekly addiction and everything that comes about relating to IAGW helps to satisfy my addiction until I get to catch the weekly ep on Saturdays. IAGW is just really good in a good way. Hehe! The atmosphere that it brings about is just so natural and it centralises on student life rather than romance. Romance might be the driving force to the drama but student life holds the same importance if not higher. Ep 11 is really going to step it up on both of these grounds with the protest initiated by Jia En and seeded with the help of Liu Chuan.

Liu Chuan and Jia En are two very different people. Liu Chuan is one prefers to hide his feelings while Jia En is the confrontational one. However, when the topic of justice comes about, both of them stand on the same ground. It is something that they both feel really passionate about, especially for Liu Chuan given his upbringing. It’s very easy to fall into the trap looking at it from Liu Chuan and Jia En’s perspective but the one who this is going to affect most is Xiao Wei. I fully understand Xiao Wei’s position and support her for her reasons to not push forth with the protest. She has a huge financial burden on her. She can’t afford to lose all that she has worked up to. She can easily blow her life away with wrong wrong move. She is treading on very thin water and every step she makes, she has to think about it in all aspects. She is lucky to have such a wonderful group of friends because they are going to be there for her regardless of what situation she finds herself in. This protest is going to be a very interesting on in bringing the group closer together and I especially look forward to Liu Chuan and Jia En’s cooperation.

Check out the preview below. (:

Lin Jia En: I am very thankful for your help. I can not do as much if I did it alone.

Tracy: What can protesting do? It will only infuriate the school, involving innocent bystanders.

Professor Chang Fei: I have to record demerits according to school rules and it cannot be helped. So I have come to a decision but this decision needs your cooperation.

Ding Xiao Wei: Why are everyone of you blaming me?

Liu Shan Feng “Liu Chuan”: Ever since Cheng Dong Uni was founded, there has never been a student protest for student rights. If we retreat now, we will be wasting the freedom era that we are living in.

A lot has been happening in regards to the IAGW cast recently and I just have to share it with you guys! Sharing’s caring!

After having featured on the January 2014 of SPop Magazine which sold out in a matter of three days, Lorene Ren and Lego Lee once again grace the covers of another SETTV magazine – iWalker. iWalker is actually a brand new magazine based on SETTV’s tourism show of the same name of Ai Wan Ke (iWalker is a transliteration of the show’s name). Lorene and Lego are so cute in their magazine shoots. They have so much chemistry off-screen that it’s hard not to ship them together for real. I don’t ship couples together irl unless they show immense chemistry off-screen but with the chemistry that Lorene and Lego are having together on and off-screen, I just have to ship them together. I don’t actually mind whether they get together or not since their private lives are none of my business but being the drama fanatic that I am, it would be great to see them bring their on-screen relationship off-screen.

Check out this shoot for SPop Magazine. How adorable is Lego trying to give the different emotions!? Lorene was also adorable. I loved her over-exaggerative expression when she heard that Lego was talking to another girl. Lorene and Lego’s shoots together were so comfortable and even the mini-awkwardness was so fun to watch. Lorene was definitely much more initiative with skinship while Lego hand trouble in finding where he should place his hands.

Also check out this mesmerising teaser for the first issue of iWalker for Feburary 2014.

In some other news, Lego celebrated his 28th on the 19th of January (his actual birthday is on the 22nd of January) with 100 fans. Over 7000 fans applied to attend the celebration but Lego handpicked those fans out of a lottery. Lego actually paid for this party himself with no financial profits whatsoever involved and he joked that once he earns more money, he will invite all 7000 fans. He is such a genuine guy off-screen! You can check this out in the interview below.

Lego also took the opportunity at his birthday party to sing an original song called In A Good Way which he composed upon the IAGW FB page reaching over 200,000 likes. Lego might not be the best singer but his voice is so enticing! I just love his voice! I especially love his voice when he speaks. It is just so handsome! Even when he coughs and clicks his voice still sounds so handsome!

You can you check out this playlist of Lego’s birthday party. (:

I just marathoned this drama and I am SO IN LOVE with Liu Chuan, Jia Ern and all of their friends!! It’s such a breath of fresh air for me. And I love the turn the drama is taking with this whole protest thing because like you said, it will test the bonds in hopefully interesting ways. I loved that Ep 10 was really Jia Ern’s time to shine and she just gets better and better! And Kirsten and Lego’s cuteness together is just ridiculous. GAhh I just want to squish them and keep them in my pocket! Thanks for sharing all those BTS goodies 🙂

Hehe, it’s so worth it isn’t it? The friendship in this drama is just pure perfection. I love it so much. It’s not force but rather very natural, something that resembles RL friendships.

Yep, Lego and Kristen are so adorable together. I am shipping them IRL.

No worries. I am glad that you enjoyed it. It’s so nice to see them so comfortable with each other off-screens.

It is really hard not to RL ship Lego & Kristen when you see them acting like…THAT. I construe that as being extremely comfortable with each other, at the very least ;P

Yes indeed, the friendships portrayed all feel very true to life and I’m not surprised that the drama has been so popular because the way the characters relate to each other are so much more nuanced, and natural! LOVE IT!

I know yeahhh!? They are very much like a RL couple. I just adore their comfortableness around each other! It’s so cute because what they say to each other might sound is so genuine and there are no hard feelings involved.

Hopefully the drama keeps getting popular because the cast have something up their sleeves if ratings break 3! Hehe, you’d be crazy not to love it!
